1、加強對防雷工作的組織領(lǐng)導，落實防雷責任。項目部層層落實防雷責任，明確責任人員。并根據(jù)工作性質(zhì)確定防雷側(cè)重點，針對穩(wěn)定土拌合站的電腦工作平臺、水泥罐、機械設(shè)備等防雷對象差異制定不同防范措施，確保防雷工作不出現(xiàn)漏洞和死角。

1. Strengthen the organization and leadership of lightning protection work, and implement lightning protection responsibilities. The project department implements lightning protection responsibilities layer by layer and clarifies the responsible personnel. And based on the nature of the work, determine the focus of lightning protection, and develop different preventive measures for the differences in lightning protection objects such as computer work platforms, cement tanks, and mechanical equipment of the stable soil mixing station, to ensure that there are no loopholes or dead corners in lightning protection work.

2、項目部將在下一步工作中總結(jié)經(jīng)驗，結(jié)合隱患治理工作，做好防雷，確保拌和樓的工程建設(shè)順利進行。

3、堅持以人為本理念，加強防雷宣傳教育。項目部將搜集和編制“防雷常識”，側(cè)重建筑防雷、設(shè)備防雷等實用知識，分發(fā)給職工和施工隊伍。有效提高了工程參建人員防雷意識，增強員工防雷自我保護能力。

3. Adhere to the people-oriented concept and strengthen lightning protection publicity and education. The project department will collect and compile "lightning protection knowledge", focusing on practical knowledge such as building lightning protection and equipment lightning protection, and distribute it to employees and construction teams. Effectively improving the awareness of lightning protection among project participants and enhancing their self-protection ability against lightning.

4、按照科學防雷要求，積極開展防雷檢測。項目部針對穩(wěn)定土拌合站空曠地帶的特點，主動聯(lián)系市氣象局防雷檢測中心，對級配碎石拌合站主樓以及六個水泥、礦粉用儲料罐的避雷設(shè)施進行檢測，并對其中一處接地電阻較大的避雷針進行了改進，使全部防雷設(shè)施檢測合格，確保了高大設(shè)備防雷。

4. Actively carry out lightning protection testing in accordance with scientific lightning protection requirements. The project department took the initiative to contact the Lightning Protection Testing Center of the Municipal Meteorological Bureau to test the lightning protection facilities of the main building of the graded crushed stone mixing station and six storage tanks for cement and mineral powder, in response to the characteristics of the open area of the stable soil mixing station. One of the lightning rods with high grounding resistance was improved to ensure that all lightning protection facilities passed the testing and ensure the lightning protection of tall equipment.
