青混凝土攤鋪機規(guī)格型號較多，各類型的攤鋪機結(jié)構(gòu)也不盡相同，但其結(jié)構(gòu)一般由機架、動力系統(tǒng)（含發(fā)動機、液壓傳動系統(tǒng)）、行走系統(tǒng)、電控系統(tǒng)、收料輸料系統(tǒng)（含前推輥、收料斗、刮板輸料器、螺旋分料器）、調(diào)平系統(tǒng)、熨平裝置等組成。上述結(jié)構(gòu)中，除了熨平裝置以外，均屬于主機的主要組成部分。

主機的主要功能包括以下 4 個方面：一是牽引攤鋪機整體行走，并為攤鋪機各個系統(tǒng)提供動力；二是通過主機前部的推輥推動運料自卸車行進，使其完成向收料斗卸料作業(yè)；三是通過刮板輸送器和螺旋分料器將收料斗接收的混合料輸送到攤鋪寬度范圍以內(nèi)；四是連接并支撐熨平裝置，為其液壓回路提供動力，并可調(diào)整熨平板位置高度和作業(yè)角度。

The main functions of the host include the following four aspects: firstly, it pulls the overall travel of the paver and provides power for each system of the paver; The second is to push the material unloading truck forward through the push roller at the front of the host, so that it can complete the unloading operation to the receiving hopper; The third is to transport the mixture received by the receiving hopper to the paving width range through a scraper conveyor and a spiral distributor; The fourth is to connect and support the ironing device, provide power for its hydraulic circuit, and adjust the position, height, and working angle of the ironing plate.

熨平裝置是瀝青混凝土攤鋪機的主要工作裝置，通過主機兩側(cè)的提升缸和大臂與主機鉸接在一起。全功能的熨平裝置由箱體、主熨平板（主板）、副熨平板（副板）、加寬熨平板（加長段）、刮料護板、端板、振搗機構(gòu)、振動機構(gòu)、厚度調(diào)節(jié)器、拱度調(diào)節(jié)機構(gòu)、加熱系統(tǒng)等組成。

The ironing device is the main working device of the asphalt concrete paver, which is hinged to the main machine through the lifting cylinders and large arms on both sides of the main machine. The fully functional ironing device consists of a box body, a main ironing plate (main board), a secondary ironing plate (auxiliary board), a widened ironing plate (extended section), a scraper guard plate, an end plate, a vibrating mechanism, a vibrating mechanism, a thickness regulator, a camber adjustment mechanism, a heating system, etc.

攤鋪機主機后部及熨平裝置前部均設(shè)有護板，熨平裝置兩端設(shè)有端面擋板，由此在熨平裝置前部形成 1 個儲存瀝青混凝土的攤鋪材料室。其中端面擋板可使攤鋪層獲得較平整的邊緣，可調(diào)高度的熨平板把混合料刮到預鋪高度。瀝青混凝土經(jīng)振搗夯錘振實后，在熨平板底面和振動器的共同作用下，形成具有一定密實度的瀝青路面攤鋪層。

The rear of the paver host and the front of the ironing device are equipped with protective plates, and the two ends of the ironing device are equipped with end face baffles, forming a paving material room for storing asphalt concrete in the front of the ironing device. The end face baffle can provide a smoother edge for the paving layer, and the adjustable height iron plate scrapes the mixture to the pre laid height. After being compacted by a vibrating hammer, asphalt concrete forms a dense asphalt pavement layer under the joint action of the bottom surface of the screed and the vibrator.
