（一）發(fā)動機功率足夠，運轉正常，而挖掘機作業(yè)速度緩慢，挖掘無力。

挖掘機的液壓泵多為變量柱塞泵，工作一定時間以后，泵內部零件不可避免的產(chǎn)生磨損，造成內漏，各參數(shù)數(shù)據(jù)不協(xié)調，導致流量不足、油溫過高，速度緩慢，不能建立起高壓，所以動作緩慢無力。對于這類問題須卸下液壓泵進行數(shù)據(jù)測量，確認問題所在，更換不能繼續(xù)使用的配件，或修復可以繼續(xù)使用的配件，重新組裝后上校驗臺調試，匹配各回路參數(shù)(壓力、流量、功率及變量等)。
