三、施工流程

使用大噸位自卸汽車運輸混合料，車輛全程覆蓋篷布，防止水分蒸發(fā)和沿途揚塵，確?；旌狭闲阅芊€(wěn)定。到達(dá)施工現(xiàn)場后，采用攤鋪機進(jìn)行攤鋪作業(yè)。攤鋪前，精確調(diào)整攤鋪機參數(shù)，包括熨平板寬度、仰角、工作速度等，保障攤鋪厚度均勻、表面平整。在春陽路貫通道路工程三標(biāo)段施工中，為保證平整度，采用攤鋪機聯(lián)機鋪筑，下基層掛鋼絲繩，上基層走平衡梁，且嚴(yán)格控制攤鋪速度在 2 - 3m/min，勻速前進(jìn)，避免中途停頓或變速，有效減少了施工質(zhì)量缺陷。

After arriving at the construction site, use a paver for paving operations. In the construction of the third section of the Chunyang Road through road project, in order to ensure flatness, a paver was used for joint paving. Steel wire ropes were hung on the lower base layer, and a balance beam was used on the upper base layer. The paving speed was strictly controlled at 2-3m/min, moving at a constant speed to avoid stopping or changing speed midway, effectively reducing construction quality defects.
