工程施工機械設備，必須類型齊全、配套完整，并滿足施工質量、進度、安全等要求。開工前，應對拌合站、攤鋪機、壓路機等各種施工機械和設備進行調試，對機械設備的配套情況、技術性能、計量設備等進行檢查或標定。

Construction machinery and equipment must be of complete types and complete sets, and meet the requirements of construction quality, progress, safety, etc. Before starting work, various construction machinery and equipment such as the mixing station, paver, and roller should be debugged, and the matching situation, technical performance, and measuring equipment of the mechanical equipment should be inspected or calibrated.

（1）穩(wěn)定土拌合站

(1) Stable soil mixing plant

拌合站的拌合能力應與混合料的攤鋪能力相匹配，宜配置產量為 400t/h 及以上拌合機，保證其實際出料（生產量的 80%）能力超過實際攤鋪能力的 10～15％。拌合機必須采用定型產品，并在多個工程中應用，且用戶反映良好。拌合站必須經有資質的計量部門標定后方可使用。

The mixing capacity of the mixing station should match the paving capacity of the mixture. It is advisable to equip a mixer with a production capacity of 400t/h or more to ensure that its actual discharge capacity (80% of the production capacity) exceeds the actual paving capacity by 10-15%. The mixer must use standardized products and be applied in multiple projects, with good user feedback. The mixing station must be calibrated by a qualified metrology department before it can be used.

（2）攤鋪機

應根據路面基層的寬度、厚度，選用合適的攤鋪機械。采用兩臺攤鋪機并排作業(yè)時，兩臺攤鋪機的型號及磨損程度宜相同。

Suitable paving machinery should be selected based on the width and thickness of the pavement base layer. When using two pavers working side by side, the model and degree of wear of the two pavers should be the same.

（3）壓路機

(3) Roller

壓路機的噸位和臺數必須與拌合機和攤鋪機的生產能力相匹配，保證混合料初凝前完成碾壓，滿足質量要求。

The tonnage and number of rollers must match the production capacity of the mixer and paver to ensure that the compaction is completed before the initial setting of the mixture and meets the quality requirements.

（4）自卸汽車、裝載機、灑水車

數量應與拌合設備、攤鋪設備、壓路機相匹配。

The quantity should match the mixing equipment, paving equipment, and roller.

（5）水泥鋼制罐倉

(5) Cement steel tank silo

可視攤鋪能力決定其容量，罐倉內應有水泥破拱器，以免水泥起拱停留。

The visible paving capacity determines its capacity, and there should be a cement arch breaker inside the tank to prevent cement from arching and staying.
