水穩(wěn)攤鋪施工過程需要注意的事項(xiàng)

濟(jì)南水穩(wěn)料開始拌合前，拌合場的備料應(yīng)滿足3~5天的攤鋪用料。每天開始攤鋪前，應(yīng)檢查場內(nèi)各處集料的含水量，計(jì)算當(dāng)日的配合比，外加水與天然含水量的總和要比佳含水量略高1個(gè)百分點(diǎn)。

每天開始攪拌之后，出料要檢查是否符合設(shè)計(jì)配合比，進(jìn)行正式生產(chǎn)之后，每1~2小時(shí)檢查一次拌合情況，抽檢其配合比、含水量是否變化。高溫作業(yè)時(shí)，早晚與中午的含水量要有區(qū)別，要按溫度變化及時(shí)調(diào)整。

一、攤鋪前應(yīng)將下層適當(dāng)灑水潤濕。二、混合料運(yùn)至施工現(xiàn)場后，采用攤鋪機(jī)攤鋪的方法按照掛設(shè)的高程控制線進(jìn)行攤鋪。三、掌握好松鋪厚度與壓實(shí)后厚度的關(guān)系，進(jìn)而嚴(yán)格控制好水穩(wěn)層的壓實(shí)厚度和高程，確保壓實(shí)厚度滿足設(shè)計(jì)要求。好是配備基于北斗定位的智能攤鋪系統(tǒng)，可以大大提高工程質(zhì)量以及降低人工成本。
