(3）檢查攤鋪機(jī)各部件連接螺栓的緊固情況，特別是左右臺(tái)車架和機(jī)架、熨平板、擋料板、螺旋吊臂、刮料板輸送裝置的螺栓是否松動(dòng)或斷裂，必要時(shí)予以緊固。

(3) Check the fastening of the connecting bolts of all parts of the paver, especially the bolts of the left and right carriages and frames, screeds, baffle plates, spiral booms, and scraper conveyor for looseness or breakage, and tighten them if necessary.

(4）檢查加熱系統(tǒng)的噴火頭、連接管、氣罐開關(guān)是否正常。

(4) Check whether the nozzle, connecting pipe, and gas tank switch of the heating system are normal.

(5）檢查自動(dòng)潤(rùn)滑裝置的潤(rùn)滑脂是否夠用（2#鋰基脂）

(5) Check if the lubricating grease of the automatic lubrication device is sufficient (2 # lithium grease)

(6）檢查各電器插頭是否有松動(dòng)脫落現(xiàn)象。

(6) Check whether the electrical plugs are loose or detached.

(7）檢查螺旋反向葉片是否磨損嚴(yán)重，必要時(shí)及時(shí)更換。

(7) Check if the spiral reverse blades are severely worn and replace them in a timely manner if necessary.
