裝載機(jī)的安裝調(diào)試與組成的注意事項(xiàng)

1、試運(yùn)行前的準(zhǔn)備工作：確認(rèn)電路已接通，電纜松緊適度；確認(rèn)油箱已按規(guī)定加注液壓油；對(duì)連接部位的銷軸、油缸部位結(jié)合面相互摩擦的地方涂上潤(rùn)滑脂。

1. Preparations before commissioning: confirm that the circuit is connected and the cable is moderately tight; Confirm that the oil tank has been filled with hydraulic oil as required; Apply lubricating grease on the joint surface of the pin shaft and the oil cylinder at the connecting part where they rub against each other.

2、試運(yùn)行：首先啟動(dòng)行走系統(tǒng)察看機(jī)器行駛是否正常，轉(zhuǎn)向系統(tǒng)是否靈活，再啟動(dòng)輸送系統(tǒng)運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)是否正常。其次啟動(dòng)挖掘部分，察看伸展臂是否正常，伸展臂轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)是否靈活。

2. Test run: first start the traveling system to check whether the machine is running normally and whether the steering system is flexible, and then start the conveying system to check whether it is running normally. Secondly, start the excavation part and check whether the extension arm is normal and flexible.

組裝的注意事項(xiàng)

Precautions for assembly

1、組裝各連接螺栓時(shí)，應(yīng)檢查防松墊圈是否齊全以及松緊程度是否符合要求。

1. When assembling each connecting bolt, check whether the lock washer is complete and whether the tightness meets the requirements.

2、液壓系統(tǒng)的接頭部分必須擦拭干凈，不得有灰塵和雜質(zhì)進(jìn)入。同時(shí)檢查密封圈是否齊全或損壞，所有管路應(yīng)按原始位置理順固定好。

2. The joints of the hydraulic system must be wiped clean and free of dust and impurities. At the same time, check whether the sealing ring is complete or damaged, and all pipelines shall be straightened and fixed according to the original position.

3、整機(jī)安裝完畢后應(yīng)仔細(xì)檢查各部件管件、輔件等，是否安裝正確穩(wěn)妥。

3. After the installation of the complete machine, carefully check the pipe fittings and accessories of each component to see if they are installed correctly and reliably.

4、電氣部件安裝要有專人擔(dān)任。進(jìn)入接線盒的電纜直徑要與橡皮墊的孔徑相符，壓緊接線頭應(yīng)保證橡皮墊與電纜間和橡皮墊與接線盒無間隙，否則將失去隔爆性能。

4. The electrical components shall be installed by special personnel. The diameter of the cable entering the junction box shall be consistent with the hole diameter of the rubber pad, and the compression of the connector shall ensure that there is no gap between the rubber pad and the cable and between the rubber pad and the junction box, otherwise the flameproof performance will be lost.
